Frisky Cacao and Banana Fudge (GF, Vegan)

INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1 C dates
1/3 C raw cacao powder
1/2 C desiccated coconut
1/2 C tahini

METHOD
Blend all ingredients in a food processor and pour into a small slice tray, lined with baking paper.
Freeze for around 2 hours and the fudge should be set enough to cut into bars.

Whilst I usually like to create my own recipes, I certainly cannot take the credit for this fantastically frivolous fudge! Eat straight from the freezer for ultimate deliciousness.
