Peanut Butter and Jelly Bowl (GF, Vegan)

INGREDIENTS
SMOOTHIE
1/2 C blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder
handful ice
1/4 – 1/2 C water or milk of choice
handful spinach leaves

TOPPINGS
1 Tbsp fruit jam (I used Charles Jacquin Fruit Spread Four Fruits)
1 Tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter
1/2 C muesli of choice
extra banana for topping

All toppings are optional, however this is where the PBJ goodness comes in to play!

METHOD
Blend all smoothie ingredients together, pour into bowl and top with toppings, how easy is that!
